Properly installed concrete curbing holds up for decades with basic care. We reinforce with fiber, wire mesh, or rebar where the application calls for it, and finish with a silane/siloxane, acrylic, or epoxy sealer for long-term color retention and freeze-thaw resistance. Every install is backed by our workmanship guarantee plus the product warranties on sealers and materials.
For flatwork, we offer stamped concrete (patio, driveway, walkways), exposed aggregate finishes, and broom, trowel, or textured finishes — plus decorative bands, borders, and sawcut patterns. For curbing, we pour continuous curved and straight decorative profiles as well as mountable and transition curb. We'll walk you through samples on site so you can see each option against your home.
We install whenever the ground is workable and overnight temperatures stay above freezing for roughly 24 hours after the pour — typically spring through fall in our service area. Foot traffic is safe after 24–48 hours; full strength is reached around 28 days.
We install the full range: wood privacy (stockade, board-on-board, shadowbox, arch top), ornamental steel and aluminum, vinyl/PVC, composite (Trex), and chain-link — plus NC pool-code-compliant styles for pool enclosures. Aluminum suits pools and slopes; vinyl and composite deliver low-maintenance privacy; wood gives a traditional custom look; chain-link handles cost-effective security. We'll recommend the right fit during the estimate.
Yes. We handle permit procurement and fence-code consultation, coordinate with local inspections, and prepare HOA-compliant documentation so approvals move smoothly. If your community has style restrictions, we'll design to them from day one.
Every installation carries the manufacturer's warranty on the fence system plus our workmanship guarantee covering post setting, gate operation, hardware, and fence line. Annual inspection plans are available to keep posts, hardware, and gate hardware performing over time, and we hand over full documentation at turnover.
We install all three. Low-voltage (12V) is the standard for residential path, uplight, and accent work — safer to install, easy to expand, and the right fit for most yards. Line-voltage (120V) is used for permanent architectural fixtures and wet-rated installs where code requires it. Solar and hybrid systems are also available when running wire isn't practical. We spec the right system for each zone.
We spec energy-efficient LED fixtures and modules for long service life and low power draw, and back every install with warranty handling and product registration. Routine bulb and LED module checks are part of our maintenance contracts, and fault finding, wire repair, or transformer replacement are covered under our troubleshooting service when any component reaches end-of-life.
Yes — we offer smart controls with app and internet integration for scheduling, dimming, and scene presets, plus zoning and scene programming so each area of the yard can be dialed independently. Prefer a simpler setup? Timers, photocells, and motion/occupancy sensors are available on any system.
